The finishes of the units are much higher quality than any other Concord unit built in Toronto post 2006. I iwsh I had bought pre-con in Kings Landing around 2017 but I have a lower tier condo in a better location (imo)

At least six people require medical attention after a natural gas fire broke out at an under construction building in North York on Tuesday morning, Toronto Fire says.

- Seven people have been taken to hospital after a natural gas fire broke out at an under construction building in North York on Tuesday morning following a reported explosion.
- Crews were first dispatched to the building on Esther Shiner Boulevard at McMahon Drive, which is in the vicinity of Leslie Street and Sheppard Avenue, at around 9:20 a.m.
- Toronto Fire Services told CTV News fire occurred in a that the mechanical room on the 22nd floor. Fire officials say that evidence of ignition was located at the scene, though the cause of the fire remains unclear.
- Seven people have been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Toronto police confirm.
