Toronto Kings Club at King High Line | 57.6m | 18s | First Capital | Kasian

Spoke to a leasing agent Tuesday about details, pricing, and move in dates.

CAPREIT wants tenants in the eastern-most tower by September 18th latest, Phase II's middle tower by November, and Phase III's western tower by March 2019.

Anticipated completion of amenity spaces is in Phase I, September 18th.

I have pics of sample floor plans as well, will post soon. You can definitely tell they did not alter the floor plans from the designs when this was a condo project, as they are running rampant with those annoying little nooks that sales agents like to call 'dens' for increased international sale value.

Those super tasty looking flatiron units are 1200sft, 2 bedrooms (plus 'den') and are running $4200 to $4500 per month, other 2 bed units in the building are about half that.

Would you guys pay $2000 extra per month to have a sweeping view of downtown with no equity?

That's quite an ask for rental rates at this location ... not so sure it's gonna happen

The glass curtain wall in the retail podium is starting to come together. It is looking really good. It should be an impressive space for Longo's and Canadian Tire.

Off-topic, but what are they doing to Lamport? Just redoing the playing surface?

Streetcar blow-past late this afternoon:

King's Club has turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The massing and form as revealed by Interchange's photos from above are excellent. I am also impressed by the surface treatment on the bare walls. I did not have high expectations for this one. Urban Capital and Kasian get points for this one.
