Love the attention to detail, brickwork and smooth curved glass, easily one of my favorite projects in Toronto. More of this and less skinny spandrelized point towers would be a very welcome change.
Exactly why in an ideal world, i'd love for Allied to take on even more projects in the downtown core. They are one of the very few ambitious developers that we have in Toronto.

When I went for a tour in their office a couple years ago, I could immediately see that ambition from the moment I stepped foot inside.
 
I'm glad they're finishing the arches in brick ! We need more brick and stone work for the podiums these days . Might take a little longer but it's worth it !
