Good to hear--painting the undersides is one of the most inexpensive ways to dramatically improve a building.

For now I'd agree, but I think PJ Condos is going to look great (especially if 263 Adelaide gets built to complement it) and I'm holding out that Nobu will have high quality bronze glazing and black cladding which will make it pop out!
