You're welcome AG. Karma has been really slow to date. It will be interesting to see how much faster they can be with the podium levels now.

There was lots of issues with water at the lower level - they didnt have a traditional dewatering system like many of the other deep excavations in the area have had which slowed things down.

They have almost zero staging room as well. Now that they've got some slab at grade it should be a little better, and then once they hit the top of the podium they'll have a bit more space still.

And I'm looking forward to that house getting some attention. It looks like it's developed a bit of a lean over the winter. Hopefully now that they've got solid ground all around it they can start to set up some scaffolds and work on cleaning it up a bit

Interesting - recalling that Murano had the same issue. Looks like Maple Leaf Stream is rearing its' head again:

Guessing YC may face the same issue?

First signs of the first floor. There are workers on site, but it must be awkward working in this little space.

I walk by this every day, and there are always people working but it's slow going. The third floor has a big overhang, so some of the delay has been setting up scaffold, and they have zero room on site to store anything. It's going to be a zoo when other trades start showing up on site. I really don't understand why they don't just do what INDX did and deck over St. Luke and the laneway behind the site so that they have some space to work with.

If it's a zoo now, imagine how it will be with YC Condos right next door.
