I am going to lose my mind. Yes this is beautiful. You have, what, 3 meter by 3 meter pains of glass? Sexy.
Will it look like that? F NO - and people (and the city and neighbourhood?) buy into it thinking it will? - it is going to look like absolute shit once they actually start putting in all the window divisions and spandrel panels in and it makes me want to punch myself in the dick.
Have some F*$&#($ integrity.

An updated Site Plan Application has been received by the City of Toronto for a proposed luxury rental development from Diamond Corp and Tricon Capital Group dubbed The James at Scrivener Square, and designed by Danish-based COBE Architects and Toronto-based Graziani + Corazza Architects.
