So, the City wants to be legalistic about it instead of helpful? If it has to be about a submission that's been abandoned, why not postpone the meeting until there's a resubmission?

Thanks City.

Just going to point out that the above notice sounds way more professional and unbiased compared to Cressy’s notices.

True, though the well-heeled NIMBYs are already out to get this one ("I don't want my drive to the clay tennis courts to become more congested" is legitimately a thing in the consultation notes on AIC), so she doesn't need to egg them on much here.

Though, in general, I do find KWT a little more nuanced about many of the proposals in her ward than JC is about those in his.

Looks like soil testing has begun. I've seen the machine at various corners of the site this week.

I'm very impressed with the sensible approach to the public realm - both in terms of human scaled architectural design on the lower levels and the activated alleys/mews. It's really great that lately we are seeing more and more projects with this level of care for an active streetscape (the well, artist's alley, BIG king west, church&wellesley, etc). Well done.

Looks like it's been simplified pretty significantly, I'd say definitely for the better on the tower portion, though I'm slightly lamenting the loss of some of the brick articulation on the north elevation. Still looks great overall, though.
