Toronto The Woodsworth | 58.21m | 17s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

Also, this is apparently using 40 spaces in Lambs's The Brant condos at 444 Adelaide. There are only 4 parking spacs off the laneway on site. Means this will be a quick build.

Most likely it is. The new renderings are identical to the original renderings but with one level and the balconies eliminated (as per the OMB approval).
With these changes and being seriously behind schedule (the original completion date was supposed to be November of this year), it's in the best interest of the developer to rebrand the building -- and expect backlash like other delayed developments that have been rebranded.
Brad Lamb is launching The Woodsworth early June.

There is the parking lot between The James site and The Morgan (438 Richmond W) with a similar looking building being proposed on it:

It may suffer similar OMB changes if it decides to move forward. Too bad that site couldn't be combined with this to make a bigger building.
