The addition of that patterned glass is like that one point during every Bob Ross painting where you're sure he's ruined it. The difference is Bob always made it work in the end and I can't be as optimistic about that glass.
Re the patterned glass, I like the idea of making buildings more flamboyant, which I assume is what they're going for. The concern is they've chosen "generic foliage pattern #5" or whatever. The leaves are too large to be subtle, but too generic to add verve to the building. The pattern just looks cheap, and that's sad.
