RAW is such a wild firm. They can craft a beautiful mid-rise, but the degree of incompetence or sheer lack of talent when it comes to high-rise is truly shocking.

there is definitely worse out there. Honestly given how late this project is, it shouldn't be a surprise it's been value engineered to death.

speaking of value-engineering, anyone notice this is going up without any balconies? That was very much not what is shown in the renderings.

That might actually be an improvement. I find the renderings with balconies and cantilevered 2-storey boxes too busy.
