St Jamestown is just an apartment neighbourhood too me. I don't really associate it with any of the shadiness from areas to the south of it.

While I agree that this isn't the best architecturally, it isn't a disaster either. Hopefully the street level brick treatment is done well. To me, these projects are really beginning the transformation of the east side of downtown.
