Update:

Work is continuing on two Camrost Felcorp residential projects at Avenue Road and St. Clair in Midtown Toronto. One O One is a #rental tower that will open later this year, while Blue Diamond Condos is not as far along.

While shooting 101 building yesterday, I end up talking to someone from this building. They just finish getting the wall fountain working at the west end. It was stated that the owner of the penthouse at the east end that paid $7.5 million is piss off as 101 is now blocking his view. The owner said why wasn't I told about this tower as I wouldn't have bought the unit. Sound like a person who never did their homework before buying.

They are in the process of building a gate off St Clair so people can't get to the patio and most likely my last visit to it.

You can see the start of the forming for the townhouses for 101, but can been seen off the street.
