A proposed project for IKEA new distribution centre located on 212 Glover Rd. This project will build in two phases: Phase 1 with a floor area of approximately 65,165 m2 (701, 419 sq ft) Includes 182 Parking spaces and 84 Truck parking/charging spaces. Phase 2 of the development proposes a 15, 125 m2 (151, 115 sq ft) building addition.

Construction has started - this photo is of what will become the primary entrance from Dartnall Road. Mostly preliminary grading right now, but they have built a culvert to access the property from this driveway and are starting to grade the rest of the site.
