Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

For Port Credit station, where will the portal be located? From the photographs, I can visualize the push box under the tracks, but, the creek seems to be in the way on the other side, and it doesn't appear to be enough room between the creek and road for two tracks.
The creek will be tunnel with a roof to support the LRT and sidewalk until it swing onto Hurontario at the new traffic light location and new road bridge over the creek. The existing sidewalk on the west side will be remove and shift to the west side of the LRT allowing more room for the LRT..

Similar to the 2021 election.

Lakeshore West customers: On Saturday June 4 and Sunday, June 5, there will be changes to train service due to construction. We are upgrading a section of the tracks to continue providing reliable service and enabling work at Exhibition GO to prepare it for future Ontario Line construction.

Here is what you need to know:
· Trains will run hourly between Union Station and West Harbour GO.
· Departure, arrival, and travel times will vary due to construction.
· Trains will run between Union Station and Niagara Falls GO. But they will depart and arrive later than usual. Travel time between Union and Burlington GO will take longer than usual.

Please plan and check schedules at gotransit.com before your trip. You can also explore transit connections at triplinx.ca.

It'll make people think of Hormone Replacement Therapy.
There are a sufficiently large number of those people in transit planning and advocacy for that to be funny.
Line 8, or just "the eight". (Just kidding)
Line 10 would make more, as a reference to Highway 10, and it makes sense if the line ever gets extended north.
The 3rd hospital is likely to be located at Bovaird and Heritage Road, and given its location, it would likely also replace Georgetown's small hospital. The new 250 bed inpatient expansion at Peel Memorial will help upgrade that site to full hospital status, but those 250 beds aren't enough.

Don't forget too that Malton is served more by Etobicoke General than by the two hospitals within Mississauga, and that Brampton Civic also takes in patients from Caledon, which is also growing, and its population centres are closer to Brampton than they are to Headwaters Hospital in Orangeville.
That will not be the hospital location, Brampton City Council has to date not allocated a hospital site, because they want it to be further north along the Heritage Heights Boulevard.

In Brampton's Draft Official Plan, the City is no longer planning for rapid transit north of Downtown Brampton along Main, they seem to recognize that extending the LRT to downtown destroys any future extension of Higher Order Transit north of Downtown, on account of the exorbitant cost.

^ strange the City didn't acknowledge that. Maybe they want something formally in writing. I guess they can't rely on the PC platform PDF since it doesn't exist as far as I know.

That's a very odd comment. Are we talking about the same thing? Hormone replacement therapy is primarily a treatment for side-effects from menopause.
He was calling trans folks "those people"... HRT as in hormone replacement therapy is also a common way folks choose to medically transition to their preferred gender.

I agree that it's weird to bring it up and make it a microaggression.
