Spectacular view from the 11th floor of Harris Square. Sorry for the framing of the pictures. I had very little time inside the building and I wasn’t allowed to step out onto the balcony.

Beautiful view. My personal favourite angle of downtown due to the layering effect but also because of the prominence of the CN tower, financial district and the different architectural styles.
Regarding Harris Square, i could not have imagined it turn out any better. Hopefully the pop of yellow at grade inspires the similar use of colour and awning treatment elsewhere.

This build just makes me a little happier whenever I walk past ... perhaps because it looks like a giant bumble bee in its current state?!
Spoke to a worker who estimated the black panels should be arriving later this month to help cover up its yellow bottom around the legs.
Interesting (and good) how they're continuing the covering of the under-heating beyond ...(without the heating coils of course)

Being 2020 and all, I initially wondered if this was some weird tear in the time/space continuum. But a quick smile and thumbs up from the workers installing the underbelly allayed my fears.
As you can see it's HIGHLY reflective, seems virtually mirror-like. But plenty of dark shadow effects. Very cool.

This building looks great. So much extra effort, time and complexity going into this design. A treat to watch. Looking forward to seeing the finished product in person. Thanks for posting progress pics.

The marvellous expanding underbelly. Love the concave and convex shapes for various light play. Taken this morning.
