That frontage along Sheppard looks god awful!! These should at least be live-work units.

Update:
Last September, developer Crown Communities submitted plans with the City of Toronto, seeking rezoning for a five-storey building containing 51 stacked townhomes on a block of Sheppard Avenue West, just west of Bathurst Street in North York. Designed by SRN Architects Inc., the project known as Clanton Park Towns is now advancing through the planning and approvals process, with the most recent move being an application for Site Plan Approval (SPA). The project will make a significant contribution to the emerging urban street wall that currently exists to the west on Sheppard, utilizing a massing strategy that places the bulk of the project's density along the arterial thoroughfare.

New renderings are updated in the database. The project information is also updated it. The total height increased from 16.00m & 10.72m to 18.92, 12.67m, and 12.67m. The total unit count changed from 56, 7 & 2 units to 40, 14 & 2 units. Finally, the total parking count increased from 54 parking to 62 parking.
