This project can take its time... I have bad feelings how this one will turn out. The render isn’t flattering
 
I don't mind the rendering as the way it is right now. Cresford and aA had a good continuous collaboration going on, where there was a certain consistency in the building details being executed. What may be a concern is who picks up this site in the future though, and the level of material execution that they apply to this or alternate design.
 
They are still building it...even when the project is running on fumes? It's the same for Clover I thinks.
 
Yes, there is no benefit to creditors of a site sitting vacant throughout bankruptcy proceedings so I suspect there has been an agreement to continue funding and building the property.
