Came across this application for 2 x 9 floor condo on sheppard ave west (similar to Portrait condos)

From the design does anyone know who the builder is? It just mentions Bousfields Inc and Larkwood..looks different than those Torbel ones.

The site has been fenced up for several years now. Hopefully something will happen here soon.

This is a very large land assembly. Wonder how long it took to get all those houses under single ownership.

The application description changed somewhat:

This application proposes 150 4 to 5-storey stacked, back-to-back townhouses arranged in 7 blocks perpendicular to Sheppard Avenue West. The two westerly blocks are connected by 8 3-storey townhouses. The five easterly blocks are connected by 24 3-storey townhouses. A total of 172 residential dweling units are proposed with 191 underground parking spaces and 3 surface parking spaces. The proposed gross floor area of 18,449 square metres results in an FSI of 1.98 times the area of the lot.

Resubmitted plans February 20, 2018. Mostly just minor technical changes, I would guess it's getting close to approval. Not sure if I like all the breaks in the street wall with this design.
