The May 3rd, 2019 Site Plan Control application has been revised in a number of areas to address the comments received and matters raised through the approvals process. In particular, as key amendments to this resubmission, we have revised the daycare outdoor play area to address comments from City Planning and Urban Design, added an entrance along Queens Quay to address comments from City Planning and Waterfront Toronto, and revised the bridge connecting The Arbour to Daphne Cockwell from two-storeys to one-storey between Level 5 of The Arbour and the existing Level 6 of Daphne Cockwell. Further, there have been minor refinements to the proposed gross floor area and floor space index, among others.
Note that this is on the sheet labeled "Landscape Plan / Ultimate Condition". If you look at the landscape plan two pages earlier, the interim condition (to be constructed with this development and to remain in place until QQE reconstruction) is largely similar to the status quo -- no maple leaf pavers, bike path directly adjacent to the roadway.Not sure if this is a given for any development on the waterfront, but it was a pleasant surprise for me:
Unit paving to be replaced by granite paving on concrete base as per queens quay public realm details.
Unit pavers and assembly to match and continue from adjacent Menkes 'Waterfront Innovation Centre' development.

Looks like there will be an almost continuous stretch of the Pan-Am maple leaf pavers all the way from the Music Gardens through to the George Brown campus (with the only gap in pavers between Westin and Redpath). I wonder if this will continue with the other developments east of the Arbour.
This Site Plan Control application resubmission has been revised in several areas to address the comments received and matters raised through the approvals process from Children’s Services, Urban Forestry, Development Engineering, and regarding the air quality and noise reports/notes (Redpath, Golder, MECP). Revisions to drawings and reports are generally minor in nature. There have been minor refinements to items such as the soil volume, available roof space, and number of trees planted, as well as additional details provided regarding the bench, outdoor playground fence, and PV panels on the roof. Revisions were made to address Children Services comments, such as adding an exterior door to the daycare. Annotation was added upon request from ECS, and minor revisions were made to the landscape cost estimate and various reports (FSR, SWM report, HydroG report and Summary as well as the groundwater review form). In terms of project statistics, there have been minor refinements to the proposed gross floor area and floor space index, as well as to setbacks.
