Looks like these work units are being sold (from $600 K), instead of leasing. It's an ambitious plan but I wonder how it will be received. Geary has become more popular in recent years for alternative employment usages but this seems more high end. This section of Geary is also a more sleepy pocket than the part east of Dufferin.

Interesting to see them moving ahead with this. According to an IG ad, they expect the office spaces to be ready by July 2023:
