Walked by the site today and it looks like the facade is now 99 percent there. The detailing looks complete other than some work around some of the TH units. Looks like some work has been done in the last few weeks on that part.
Townhouses are looking great, and I can see they are still not ready and under construction through the windows....

Nice. It really defines the “Downtown West / LV” skyline as you look west from downtown.
I’m excited for more density along the north side of the KW line tracks as the old industrial sites get converted to condominiums, retail, and public/pedestrian ways.

What's up with those orange bars 3 photos up? If this weren't Toronto it would surely be garbage they haven't hauled off yet but now I suspect it's their crude attempt at public 'art'. Paint some left over material orange then leave it behind?

Created by internationally reknowned sculptor Mark di Suvero, Flower Power, along with a similar sculpture, No Shoes, was commissioned for the International Sculpture Symposium in Toronto in 1967, and installed in High Park. . These works were the first large scale works completed by the artist and had been installed in High Park for more than 40 years. In 2008, the works were removed by City of Toronto Cultural Services and sent to the United States to be restored by the artist.
