I saw that today from Yonge & Shuter. I’m surprised they took down the crane so early - I thought there were about 2 floors left plus mech. Maybe there’s a height limit due to the air ambulance path and they’ll have to finish the job with just a derrick as was the case with Fleur?

Pretty amazing face-lift underway on/near Jarvis Street from Carlton to Front : PRIME, Jac, Hyatt, Ivy, Garden District, *Elm & Ledbury + 88 Queen (*half a block away)… St. Lawrence Market North.

Time for another long over-due UT Design Charrette™ to re-think The Armoury (while the Ontario Line hacks up the park for Moss Park station).

I bet Nigel’s too busy too help steer and Northern Light is way too sleep-deprived already, but I can think of lots of other potential steering committee members/victims… from the plethora of armchair UT architects/designers and urban planners here.

If I hear the sound of crickets instead of likes, I’ll get the message and drop it.
