Interesting hmmm. It is an interesting concept for a residential building with a great location. The retail floor seems low. Perhaps that’s only the photo. The front/side with the overhang will make a great location for a patio.

If you purchased here, you would be concerned about unit finishings and condo amenities. Not whether the fins and the spandrel architecturally work together on the building exterior.

I wouldn't buy in a building I didn't think had good architecture that was durable and long lasting. Yes, the inside is important as well, but to me (and some other buyers I'm sure) the exterior quality of the building matters just as much.

Um what? The interior matters as does the exterior. I have cared about the exterior of every building I have purchased in. Except the last one and I still hate looking at it as I come home.
