I noticed from a couple streets away that a crane popped up on this site last week. I can’t find the development application so not many details to share.
There was previously a small 3-story apartment complex here. The site has been levelled for several years and the realty webpage suggests a planned completion date in 2024, so this has been stalled for quite a while – but well under construction now.
