Pizza Pizza is my least favourite fast food pizza chain in the city. Although, in the FWIW category they've started implementing their new store design format at some locations like the one at St. Clair W & Oakwood. This includes brick on the grade level frontage, albeit still having tacky orange signage up top.

As a side note, I hope that the Pizza Pizza (and Santouka Ramen) block along with all the encompassing parking space gets redeveloped within this decade. With 88 Queen materializing, this is one of the remaining annoying major parking lots in the downtown urban fabric. There's been fragmented mentions about it through the years so I don't remember hearing if it's affiliated with Ryerson or not.

^^^ I think St. Michael's Cathedral/Choir School/Archdiocese of Toronto owns the land and there are very preliminary plans for it designed by KPMB.

Much needed architectural boost in the area, considering the clunkers that have gone up beside it.
