It's just a quirky building with many unusual details, but I really like it. The undulating balconies really set it apart from other balcony treatments during this condo boom.

You right ,But it more beautiful than many other.The shape is what i love the most of this building..

Apart from the public art component (which doesnt fit in well with the heritage base) this is a fantastic building!

I really don't like this tower. I want to, I really do. The quality and execution all look fine to my untrained eye. I guess it's just not my cup of tea.

I absolutely love this at street level though.

While the tower may be not be to everyone's taste I agree with you on the street level. Its absolutely divine
