It's just a quirky building with many unusual details, but I really like it. The undulating balconies really set it apart from other balcony treatments during this condo boom.

There was an ad in the Globe this morning offering the space that RBC & Aroma occupy for sale.
Eldon Garnet's Artifacts of Memory was officially unveiled this morning at Five, (starting in Wickson Social—nice place!), and we've got Stefan's terrific front page story up here.

Apart from the public art component (which doesnt fit in well with the heritage base) this is a fantastic building!

I really don't like this tower. I want to, I really do. The quality and execution all look fine to my untrained eye. I guess it's just not my cup of tea.
I absolutely love this at street level though.
