Most of the east baloney railings have been replace. Work going on the south side as well the other sides.

It is the same design found on Burano, Murano and a number of other buildings I has shot this year.

Don't have the current photos for Bell up yet to show it is the same as the other ones.

Murano is almost finish being replace with the corner railing to be done.

Legal notice in Friday's Toronto Star business section about the class action started a few years back. Class action against King and John Festival Corp, Daniels, KPMB, Kirkor and Toro Aluminum continues with action against TIFF Developments dismissed. They are seeking damages regarding the balcony issues.
