Wow, it has been over 4 months since this thread was last updated. Here is one photo I took today; the balcony glazing appears complete:

All things considered, I find this a pretty solid building. Especially for an area where most other highrises built in the past few decades haven't made an an effort to meet the street in an (semi-) urban manner.
