Yup, and such a small site too - not like The Well or Mirvish Village, and with none of The One’s complexities.

This building is still under construction and somehow already looks 40 years old. The cladding is visibly dirty and discoloured...hopefully it gets a good wash. I don't hate brutalist style, but its cold presence does weigh heavy in the otherwise colourful Village.

Maybe unpopular on this forum, but I think a vibrant mural on the west side would save this one for me. Would be a great backdrop for Church St.
