Couple questions about this development:

It appears as though Phase 2 is to the southeast of the one described in this post - east of Hazelton Ave. And has 133 units.

• Have a I correctly drawn the outline of phases 2 & 3?
• Where was Phase 1?
• Is there any planned future phases east of phase 3 and north of phase 2?

Sure thing we will create a thread for phase 2, phase 1 of Eden Park completed in 2016 it is between north of Sabrina Blvd and east of Hazelton Ave, and phase 3 currently in pre-construction and yes it was right on Sabrina Blvd with the pdf attached
