Yes BUT it is actually only the front section of the heritage building that is being saved and nothing inside (which is probably NOT heritage, it was originally stables) is staying.

We've added a couple of high-res versions of that gorgeous rendering into the dataBase file now, linked at the top of the page.

I preferred the bold, 'Karim Rashid-esque' pink stripes on the preliminary renderings. The new design still has the stripes, but it looks like they're going more in the direction of Post House now.

anyone know what that building to the south of this one is in the model? it shows a 10-15 floor building on a current parking lot..
 
I think that represents potential massing as per the King-Parliament Secondary Plan. I'm not aware of any redevelopment applications for that property. The existing parking structure is part of the VW dealership next door.
