Lamb develops good looking buildings that deliver on details aesthetically. This has been true since his work beginning in the early 2000's. However, his reputation started to take a major hit in the past several years after multiple projects crashed due to aggressive premature sales strategies before zoning approvals were achieved. I would hate to be a purchaser embroiled in the mess within Bauhaus, Wellington House, and the original Bread Company release.
