They seem to be making good progress but am wondering if my Sept 2020 occupancy is likely?

Too soon to tell I think! They seem to be at a pace of about a floor every two weeks. I assume it will stay like that until the podium is finished. Then the 8th/9th floor will likely take an extra bit of time while they form the pool. After that, pace should pick up considerably as the tower portion is a much smaller floor plate. Should accelerate to about a floor per week at that point. I don’t think there have been any major hold ups so hopefully it’s on track! I just hope we are in before winter!
