Those vents on the red band on the taller tower are unfortunate. I also wonder how the skin of the towers would look if it was black, as opposed to gray. Perhaps the porous aesthetic might not come through as well, if that were the case.

would've been nice if the underside of the protruding boxes on the podium (where the spotlights are) had received the same red treatment as the amenity level. It would've added some colour to what is looking like just a large expanse of glass at the ground plane.

The tower is stunning, but I'd agree the base treatment isn't so great.

Roehampton and Eglinton definitely seems awkward with those overpowering towers. Hard to see that corner staying that way for much longer.

It's quite striking from the outside, and I really like it. But you'll all recall those photos posted earlier in the summer of the inside view. Those screens practically garrison the inhabitants in their units. It was pretty rough.

I'm sorry, but I don't know how you can defend this utterly shapeless piece of copy-paste cyborg anti-urbanism.

The tower is.. fine. And I do still think that red glazing creates an absolutely horrific interior space.

I would say that podium is only 60% complete given you can't even see how it's going to hit the street, how it will be lit up...there's still a whole elevator abutting it. Based off renders and the quality moving upwards this will be a classy foot to the tower. Too soon to judge!
