• North tower: 32/38 storeys (84%)

From my vantage point, I can see the E Condos (Phase 1) is about 50 feet max to go to reach parity in height with Minto Quantum 2. Therefore, given there is probably, what, 10 feet additional ground level height for E Condos, and maybe it is sitting at around ~460 ft at the moment I would estimate.

So looking at this from ground looks quite striking the one thing bothering me personally is the white spandrel should have been tinting. Make it all look to busy with the patterns being installed and as more gets put up. Hoping over all the patterns distract from the windows and spandriel
