Given Menkes project about to launch at George street.. It does seem to be creeping that way..

If the Menkes project does well, I would imagine that Filmore's and the adjacent parking lot would be next. The lot on the south west corner of Dundas and Sherbourne is up for sale . Then you have Pemberton development on Church and Dundas

Might just be the angle of the photo, but that floor plate looks huge. This thing is taking up the entire lot.

I’d argue this photo makes the floor plate look smaller than it really is. It’s huge.

It's 1004 units to be exact according to the project and construction thread on the top left corner of this page ! That is huge amount of units that could house minimum 2500 to 3000 souls ! Depending on the size of the family unit.

I'm thinking about an average of two to three people per unit. Condos have become pretty expensive these days. I wouldn't be surprised if most owners would take in boarder to pay off their mortgage . Ha ha !!

I hope this building will have lots of elevators! 
I can't believe how long it takes to get an elevator in some of the new condo buildings. I've used the stairs from the 30th floor of a condo because i got sick of waiting.

thats 2500 extra souls that will constantly complain about seaton house. I hope to see significant improvement to the neighbourhood.
