New two-tower condo project from Cityzen and Fernbrook at Bathurst and Centre in Thornhill. Can't find anything about the design. Anyone know anything?

This site is located northeast of Centre Street and New Westminster Drive, north of the Thornhill Chartwell Retirement Residence

The project was approved through an OMB decision. The final bylaw was adopted by Vaughan City Council in January 2017 through BL 008-2017

Approval granted is for 19 + 22 storey apartment on the north half of the site, a east-west public road bisecting the site, together with a 6 storey retirement building on the south half of the site.

Drove by the site yesterday, sales centre is coming along. I expect it to be done within 2-3 months.

thats from 2014. i'm assuming it's not the final look? Guess we'll see when it's built.

Also seems like www.dorcondo.ca has more details than the official site. Wonder how trustworthy that is?

Ground has been broken for construction. It's now in its second week of laying down drainage for the site, the fact that I walk by it every day it looks like progress is moving at a very quick clip. The whole area is a big construction site with this going on and with the VIVA busway under construction.
