I know we have gone down this path before on other forums, but surely the city can legislate something about the overuse of mullions? Could they not make a rule that basically increases the minimum size window pane/ spandrel panel? I dont see why there needs to be 3 small spandrel sections between each larger spandrel section / window. The grey on black colour scheme is really nasty.

Kirkor have a pretty abysmal portfolio. Anything approaching quality is always overseen by another studio (Aqualuna, TIFF Bell Lightbox (sorta)). Also one must only look at their mess of a website to realize what they're in for lol
