Glad to see that ugly factory going, wonder how well the condo building will sell, Liberty didn't fair to well close by from what I understand.

Proposed nine-storey building with retail uses at grade and residential uses above along Danforth Road and 89 three-storey stacked townhouses and 18 three-storey townhouses on the interior of the site along a proposed public street that would connect Bamblett Drive to Dairy Drive.

For those that have purchased stacked or freehold townhomes, the location of the units has changed significantly. In particular, the freehold and stacked townhome locations have been switched.
 
I'm not sure if the 10-storey building was redesigned, but the rest of the plan for the street layout and townhomes the follow along it were redesigned in 2017. It's still waiting for zoning approval, etc.

I don't have any of the old marketing material from the project. You think it's an increase in the number of units available? The big condo building was pretty well sold when I checked it out over two years ago.
