This project is certainly not complex in terms architecture and aesthetics in any measure
I find it strange that a bland Glass box with a tiny slanting make-up could end being one of Toronto's buildings that took longest times to build.
 
At least it doesn't have waist high mullions!
True, that is a saving grace. With the window tint essentially just the shiny version of the frames' and mullions' dull tint, however, the building is just so washed out over all.
