Equipment Removal at Oakwood Station Monday, January 20, 2020

Mining works are now complete at Oakwood Station, allowing crews to start removing excavation equipment from the underground cavern. To facilitate these works, a crane will be erected within the work zone on the northside of Eglinton Avenue West. Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane in each direction, to provide a clearance area for the crane to safely remove the equipment. Equipment removal will begin on Monday January 20 at 6:00 a.m. and take approximately fourteen (14) hours to complete.
