Looks like the kind of building that wants to be single-loaded- the second stairwell feels tacked on. If this goes to the OLT, provincial eyes should take note that builders are willing and capable to build such. The city will probably not come to that conclusion themselves.

Indwell and Invizij have a good track record on supportive housing, with lots of work throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Yikes, that community meeting was tough to watch. A lot of vitriol from some of the local residents.
