Easily one of the best designs I've seen from P+S. If I didn't know better, I'd have guessed it was Hariri Pontarini. Let's hope they keep heading down this path.

So the trend from last year - less launches, smaller suites to keep prices low in order to remain attractive to investors seems to be working still. Close to 50% sold already.

I hadn't looked at the plans until now. Wow... tiny! But, you're right - this works well with investors, especially those looking to rent out to Ryerson students.
