Its interesting to me that Dialog has become Concord's go to architect, replacing IBI.. but the work is just as bad.

Really speaks to how architecture is as much about the client as it is the architect.
 
I'll be blunt here; Concord Adex get your nuclear trash developments out of this city.

I wish they could be fined for every proposal they come up with since they set the bar so damn low.
 
Well........this one is delayed........a long with a couple of others...........new 'H' by-law coming in; as the City says the that the sanitary sewer under Sheppard here has run out of room.

All going well...........the needed upgrades to support more development will be in place by 2026.
