To be fair, that mall was going downhill way before 2013. It's essentially been dead since 2005 after Wal-Mart vacated.Honeydale closed in 2013. What are you talking about?

In the old City of Toronto, vacant store fronts are turned into residential. Maybe they could rent the vacant stores in Cloverdale Mall (and any other malls) out to the unhoused?I was there yesterday and amazed at how many vacant stores there were.
