While the tower inches closer to its final height, cladding seems to have stalled in this and many other developments. Problems with supply chain due to the disruptions?
 
One of the things I like about this building is that it's set back a bit off Yonge Street like its neighbours across the street. I'm sure this area of the street will fill in over the next 10 years. Hoping pedestrian traffic won't succumb to perpetual darkness.

Not the world's biggest fan of this building, nothing particularly noteworthy about it other than the setback. That spot could have been used for something more interesting looking.
