That is not a rebuild. That is a total demo which implies twenty four or thirty six months without the capacity of Windsor. My understanding is that we are one fire or explosion from a complete disaster downtown.
Didn't 7 WTC go right above an existing transformer? (Obviously well after 9/11)

^^^If they cut and cover Queens Quay road hopefully they'll rebuild it with the green streetcar right-of-way that West 8's design called for originally.
 
Nothing has changed since the Spring. No visible changes whatsoever. Any word on opening of the station or park? We are entering 7th year of construction. Only in Toronto...
