This is going to look much better than I was expecting, with red brick to match the railway building. Look how good the black window frames look with the red brick! (see 1:00) I wish more developers would use black painted metal window frames.

It probably won't be ready until next year and I have little doubt it went way over budget. The good news is infrastructure is very rarely ever nice to look at and despite the delays and huge cost, this looks like it's going to be a great space once complete!

From the rendering it is brick (or brown concrete!). Yes, I know it's a 'rendering' but ..
