^ You are most welcome.

We could almost nickname this "Sapphire Tower"... but then there would be the Harry Stinson litigation that follows.

They actually look short in that photo. Beautiful buildings but they certainly could have done with another 20-30 floors.

Unfortunately it's due to where they were built. That location in Southcore is about 75ft lower in elevation compared to the business district , so that makes it look even that much smaller. In reality this tower is the exact same size as the Commerce Court West (also tenanted to CIBC). You'd never know it by looking at that picture ^ though.

75 feet? When people use the word feet in this context, they're typically referring to an Imperial System unit of measurement, not like 75 tiny baby feet that maybe you're thinking about.

76.84 metres (Above Sea Level) is the established grade at 81 Bay. 84.25 metres ASL is the King Street sidewalk grade at Commerce Court. That's a difference of 7.41 metres, or 24.31 feet. (And for the sake of it, that equals 75 times 3.89 inches, which, (and I don't have any tiny babies on hand to check) strikes me more as toddler feet.)
