My point was that it has not been abandoned. 'Notice Sent' means the examiner has provided them with a list of items that need clarification on their submittals and is awaiting response.

It's interesting how the colour 'mauve', as subtle as it may seem, makes an appearance quite often. This is the north face around mid afternoon.

Yes - they'll probably need to control numbers quite tightly until the second one is built.

I presume they need every bid of surface to store stuff on while they build the second tower given it's such a narrow site, so it makes sense. Everyone will need more patience for the full park experience than visible progress on the first tower might suggest
